A flat was booked on 18th July 2007 and 5% payment was made on that date. After that final payment was made on 25th March 2010 and possession was also taken on the same day.
This flat was then sold on 18th October 2010.
I want to know the date of acquisition and why?

Date of acquisition is the date of property registered with registrar after stamp duty payment.
