Capital expenditure as revenue expenditure

Can i claim capital expenditure as a revenue eexpenditure in respect of expenditure incurred on repairs in subsidiary . not a WOS.

if repairs are done for subsidiary how can holding co claim expenses. it will be related to subsidiary co only.

yes but billings are in the name of holding company.

So how can the same be resolved becoz the vendor is refusing to change the invoices also inpuit credit has been claimed by holding company.

input should be revered by debit note and expenses can not be claimed in holding company as each company has separate legal entity.
