Is there any cap on Director/Managerial Remuneration in cases of a Private ltd Company?

Hi,
Strict provision of managerial remuneration are not applicable on private company. You may give any remuneration to the directors of a private company. However be careful about the applicability of section-314 i.e. office or place of profit as section 314 is applicable on a private company.
