please tell the service and supply you provide
canteen service and service receiver is company ltd
12% gst rate if canteen is non a.c., if a.c. then 18%. RCM only if service provider is unregistered. NO ITC to service receiver.
it's for restaurant. he says canteen service. my question was whether he supply only food or runs restaurant in a fixed place with eminities
he supply only foods
