Cannot register for membership

I have cleared my groups in this attempt and learnt that Form 2 (for membership) is not to be sent in off-line mode but online only.
Site is showing my email ID is not registered and it is also not letting me enter my ID and not letting me submit the form also.
please provide a redressal.

post your query in e sahayta. they will give u mail id in which u can mail the scan copy of handwriiten application for update or new mail id and
