I had submitted an application for cancellation of Gst registration of my client in the month of April 2018. But till date my application showing the status as "pending"
Now my query is whether is it compulsory to file the Nil GSTR3B for the month of May - June and July 2018?
We faced similar situation it is better to file NIL return. The officer asks whether till date all the returns have been filed or not.
Also visit department once to process the cancellation order. They are not well equipped and Staffed to handle all taxpayers.
