no....u have to file at least minimum 6 monthly returns under gst regime

No application for the cancelleation of Registration shall be considered in case of a taxable person who has registered voluntarily, before the expiery of a periord of one year from the effective date of registration.
Section 29, Rule 20,22 , Goods and services Act.
