Cancellation of revocation of cancellation

As such there is no option available on GST portal but you can contact GST department

At present you cannot apply for revocation of cancellation. Pl. wait for the orders of cancellation from GST authorities.

I just
now called the authorities , they said revocation of cancellation cannot be done when application for cancellation is filed by the taxpayer.

Then after cancellation, you can apply for Fresh GST registration.

There is no option in the common portal to cancel FORM GST REG-16 ( Application for Cancellation of GST Registration ) once it is filed and is under processing.

Therefore the only option left with you is to wait for the CANCELLATION ORDER ( FORM GST REG-19 ) which will be issued by the department once it is checked and verified and after that apply for a Fresh GST Registration in FORM GST REG-01.

My suggestion is that you immediately write a letter to the concerned officer to reject your cancellation application.

I suggest to go and meet the jurisdiction superintendent  to know the reason it is held for processing.  Thereafter, you may take necessary steps.
