Cancellation of provisional registration

reason for cancel

Migrated from service tax but total turnover less than Rs. 20 Lakhs.

Having Gst is always good

2 ways  for cancellation     one apply for it but system still not upgraded another method don't fill return if u confident of not cross limit 

 

 

I agreed Mr Samir.,
But, I think it's not a good way...


Alis I don't know the details. But, In case the System is based on VAT (not tax and other activities) then the PAN can't used another without giving reasons as reasonable (I don't know am I correct or not)....

So, wait and cancel after available the option...


(It's only my view)
