Dear All
Can anybody tell me in the case of Assesse who want to cancel his Registration , do they have to file the Return GSTR-3B for July 2017?
Confirm with the notification or any rules under Gst Law.

Till registration is cancelled one has to file all the returns not only gstr 3b but gstr 1,2 & 3

Wait till Oct . Cancellation option starts soon.

Until &:unless you write to the Proper officer under protest that you are unable to cancel your due to non availability of option of cancellation on GST portal how department will come to know that you were intending to cancel your registration.
Secondly how you were allotted GST no. either through migration or you have made new application. In both the cases you have to file return even you remain in GST regime for a single day.
In order to avoid litigation with dept take appropriate decision.

Before cancellation you must file all the required returns. No more leaving / escape available....

As per my understanding because your senior most person but before cancellation we have the liability to pay the tax although it's a government not to launch the cancellation but still we should fill

Good to argue n analyse A individual started his business with good intentions to do a business n get himself registered in GST but when he intends to settle abroad n wind up his business how can he file nil returns and wait till the portal opens up? Is it his fault or govt's lack of administration?

It is not the fault of an individual as he is being penalised for no fault of his own and getting his registration cancelled.
At the same time government is helpless to making portal fully operational as it jumped' into regime without full preparations. So let us pray God to make it fully functional at the earlies
