cancellation of gstin

Without GSTIN number you can generate Eway bill. 

Following in the procedure you need to follow only if your turnover is less than 20 Lakhs and you don't have GSTIN number

• Go to E-way Bill System from https://services.gst.gov.in/services/ewaybill/ewaybillsystem
• Click on E-way for the citizen.
• Click on Generate New EWB
• Fill in all the appropriate fields of the application.
• Click on Continue to Bill Generation.
• Then fill all the appropriate fields.

Then you are done. 

In case of any one of the person have GST number then also you can generate E-way Bill
