i had migrated to gstin from registered k vat before feb 2017.all registered were asked to migrated by officials.now under present scenario since i have a turnover of less than 15lakhs.need for gstin doesnt arise.i was asked to waitfor cancellation link to open in portal.still waiting. i had opted to composition in from oct as i was shown under regular tax payer.from july.
1) should i file returns while opting for cancellation?
2) will i have to file as regular tax payer or composition.
3) my dashboard shows only composition returns link(not opening though)
4) pls clarify
