Dear friends
One of my friend is doing medical business( proprietaryship) registered under GST on 19/01/2018.
He was not filed even single Return from date of Registration,But carrying business with satisfactory.
Now he would like to cancel GST registration without paying late fee/interest/penalty for non filing of returns.
Can he cancel the registration by avoiding late fee/interest/penalty ?
No..he is liable to pay latefee
Rs.50/day,interest @ 18% if any tax liability
