cancellation of GST Registration

Please guide through the process of cancellation of GST registration as the business is discontinued and no operations were conducted. Please note I have not filled any return from July. Kindly let me the consequences.

Please file the return for july to September... I don't think cancellation of gstin window is open... After 6 months from registration u can cancel

In case u hv not filed nil return... Penalty for not filing return is applied... As july to September penalty waive off of GSTR 3 B

Yes it will be opened in some days... Say in December or after there.. Bt plz file nil return for all the month... When u don't start ur operation of business within 6 months.. It cancelled
