Cancellation of GST registration

suppose Gst registration have taken in December....but now business have been closed ...

gst returns have not been filed till now ...will cancellation be done now ??? without filing of returns ...

No, you are required to file all pending GST return then apply for surrender of RC.

No way for cancellation without filling of returns...

Without filing pending returns, gst registration cannot be cancelled.

applicable interest for late payment of tax and late fee for delay in fiing of returns has to be paid. Only then the porpoer officer approve your request for cancellation of registration certificate.
