Cancellation of GST
My GST registration no. was cancelled by department for non filing of GST returns for more than 6 months...Now I want open new GST no with same PAN number....same or different firm name...is it possible...I don't want revoke my old GST no.....Please guide

Yes you can apply for fresh reg. but the department will check all the existing GSTN in your PAN and then assign the new one.
