Cancellation of GST
How can I cancle or surrender my GST number.My bussiness is below 20lakhs and I never file any gst return or tax from last one year.

If you have taken registration previously, firstly you need to submit all the returns with fine, interest and tax.
Inorder to surrender your GST Registration Number, you have to file all your pending GST Return's and clear off all liabilities with the GST Departments.
Only then you can proceed for Cancellation of GST Registration Number.

without filing returns upto till date , you cannot cancel the gst registration.
Sir, if I m not filing gst not paying tax then responsible person from GST department should msg me notify me alert me but not a single msg for paying gst given by the Department.Now what I should do?
