if i have once registered for GMCS can i cancel it. will i be refunded the DD money ??

batch once alloted has to be attended,no batch is alloted in future..no question of refund too
pooja madam if i didnot attend due to death of relative what will happen??
can i get my dd back?? or can i shift to next batch??
