Cancellation of form-32

Dear all,

Our directors are also director in one of other listed company and have resigned w.e.from 8.10.2012.

but the other company have uploaded the form 32 w.e.from 7.2.2013 i.e Board meeting date of acceptance of resignation.

we have writtem letter to this company to take the corrective measures as our directors wants the resignation to take effect from 8.10.2012

meanwhile , he have told me to check the ROC procedures in this matter that how this dates will be corrected.

please suggest urgently  how to solve this issue .

AS MCA SITE WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY NOW

BETTER MEET ROC AND ASK FOR GUIDENCE ON THIS MATTER ON HOW TO MOVE AHEAD..

HE MAY ALLOWS TO FILE FORM 32 AGAIN WITH SOME PENALTY

LETS SEE HOW OTHERS WILL REPLY

 

The date of resignation need not be same as approved by the Board. Board should consider the resignation in Board meeting but accepting and relieving depends upon Company's policy. In ur case the resignation was accepted by the company on 7.2.2013. Till this time the said director will have every right and responsibility as the he was having before giving resignation.
