Cancellation

I have migrated to gst from VAT and received provisional registration certificate in reg-25. Now can I opt out of GST... OR it is too late now... No option to opt out is available on system. When i try to convert to composition dealer that option is also not working...

for cancellation form reg-14 has to be filed
