cancel of temp reg.certificate(miagration)

we have a running export business, but GST deptt cancel our temp reg., due to non submission of address proof. we HV tried so many times to upload add. proof,but GST site problem, we could,nt uploaded it.Now authority cancel our reg. we h v filled our 3b of DEC,'17,after the date of cancellation. we HV to claim the refund & credits in cash & credit ledger. please advise us,urgently.
