Can you guide me Regarding HUF(Hindu Undivided Family)..my question is....
I want to creat a HUF in which son & father both are member but son want to be KARTA and not father...AGE of son is 59 yrs and of father is 79 yrs...is there any provision that son can't be KARTA till father is alive????
I think son can form his own HUF (where son will be Karta) and father can be a member in that HUF. There is no provision which specify that Son can't be karta till father is alive.
HUF is created of son only...BUT here father wants to join his son's HUF......
in my opinion it is not possible.
