RCM is not paid till date of F.Y 2017-18 on services of rent. So till date RCM is also not paid and nor the credit is availed till date..So my query is , it is crystal clear that i would be liable to pay RCM while filing GSTR -9 through DRC-03..
But can I subsequently take credit of that RCM paid ??

In this case, have you raised the self invoice. if yes, in which fy you have raised the same. cz credit would be available basis the self invoice.

No not at all , As per Order 2 , the last date was 31/3/2019
