Since last date for holding agm for FY 2019-20 is 31/12/2020.
For issues related to current FY ie. 20-21 co. can hold another agm after 31/12/2020?

Company has to hold egm not agm. Agm conducted once in a year.
You can discuss matters relating to any year in AGM.
otherwise hold EGM.
