I want to know that we are able to file itr for AY 2018-19 with penalty prosecution & can claim business loss?

for claiming business loss the ITR must be file as per section 139(1) i.e. with in due date.

request ur assessing officer ....they issue notice then u can file ur itr....business loss can't be claim after due date of original return

you can request under 139(1) for condonation of delay and then file return

in income tax e filing portal under my services you can apply for new service request and select request for condonation of delay
