Sir we opened a new firm with same name and same pan no
And we canceled first registration
How Can we file itc 02 after cancellation of firm? Itc 02 is not showing after cancelled

you can only tranfer the itc to new firm if your old registration is active...... you should have filed itc 02 before cancelling your registration............ There is a condition that the transferor and transferee both should be registered person under gst..........
