04 January 2012I have one doubt that i was already file DIN-4 and now i know that DOB is not match with PAN so can i file another DIN-4 for amend data?

Yes, you can file DIN-$ by entering your PAN and provide details accordingly.
Also DIN-4 is free of cost.
