ITC will not be available for goods or services exclusively used for:
a. Personal use
b. Exempt supplies
c. Supplies for which ITC is specifically not available
in other case u can claim ITC if repair and maintenance is for the capital goods there are used in furtherance of business

yes, itc is available on repair and maintenance of forklift. you must have taken it under plant and machinery in your bs.
