Can ITC be claimed on capitalised expenses like first time insurance while purchasing motor vehicle for tranportation of goods by GTA ?

YES YOU CAN GET IT IF VEHICLE IS IN THE NAME OF TRADE NAME
yes u can clain itc because u are doing business of trading of goods
