can VAT be levied on STPI units

Dear All,

We are in the process of letting out our furnitures, DG Set, UPS etc., on a hiring basis to our customer which is a STPI unit. Please let me know if we have to collect VAT from them or else STPI units are exempted from VAT.

Also let me know if we have to collect VAT from them, can our customers claim back VAT as reimbursement from STPI.
