Can any C.A. start Partnership with a Lawyer.......n share profits....???
as per Clause II and III of Part I of First Schedule of C.A. Act, 1949....???
m not getting it.....plz can anybody help me....

As per new amendment,a C.A. can start Partnership with not only a Lawyer but CS,ICWA,MBA,Architect and Engineer.It is clearly mention in Part I of First Schedule of C.A. Act, 1949.
