As we all aware GST on transportation is payable by receipent of service under Reverse Charge.
we are registered person under GST. We are getting invoices of the transporter in thich he collected 18% GST on transportation charges from us
1) can we claim ITC of it ??
2) is our liability to pay GST under RCM still there on freight paid???
