Can tax on restaurant setup be considered as input tax
We are starting a restaurant. We have given contract to a company who will be doing the setup work which includes civil, plumbing, electrical, AC ducting, painting work etc. They will be charging us VAT and Service tax. Can this VAT be considered as Input Tax?

NO.. we can't .. since it is capital exp. for you. total amount should be capitalize
