We intend to register a new company
While searching for names, we came across one of our desired company name showing Status of Strikeoff in the ROC records
Can we apply for the same company name ?

Can strikeoff company name in roc be registered ?

In my view, if the ROC has suo motu striked off the Comapny from its records, the name will not be available anymore.........If the same has been disolved by the Company, it will be available after a period of 3 years.....
