Can son file itr on land in name of father

If son is receiving agricultural income in his account , and have 'j form' for that from artiyas , but agri land is in the name of father .

Can he file itr on behalf of that , or father have to put land on son's name ? 

Or can son get land on lease from father .

Or just he can file itr bcoz he recieve income in his account and have j form for that but not land on his name .
