Can CA working in industry ie not having Certificate of Practice attest Ca final exam form for may 17 exams?

Hi Manasi the exam form need to be attested by CA who is a member of ICAI. This is inline for those students who undertake industrial training as part of article ship they get their forms attested by members who aren't in practice.
