i want to know that whether a c.a who does not hold c.o.p and also is a qualified c.s can also undertake the job of c.s in the same company? pls give ur valuable suggestions.

I dont think there is gonna be any prob in it. Reason being u cannot distinct a work done by a CA or CS.. If any statutory filing is to be done, even a CA can do so...
