Can an NRI own Agricultural Land / farm with a partnership firm, where the other partner is Indian ?
The NRI is from Dubai.

No, NRI cannot hold an agricultural land/farm in India. He cannot become a partner in any firm whose business includes buying of agricultural land/farm .
