Can nidhi company exempt from the provisions of u/s 73?
plz know me about deposit of 20%of it's deposit in schedule bank is mandatory for nidhi company also?

It's 10% of total outstanding deposit and this balance to be maintained always with SCB/Post office ,refer NIDHI rules .
