No, amount of IGST wrongly deposited you can't set off CGST & IGST liability.

Pay CGST & SGST & apply for refund of IGST

You can apply refund of IGST.

you can apply for refund of IGST (excess balance in electronic cash ledger).

No u can't adjust u can claim refund only after paying SGST AND CGST
