Will ITC be allowed on GST paid on higher education fee of employee paid by a Pvt Ltd Company, so that he can benefit organisation in long term.

Yes ....................under section 16 of CGST Act "in the course , or furtherance of Business" ITC can be claimed

Yes you can claim ITC as the expense has been incurred in the course or furtherance of business. Section 16(1) of the CGST Act 2017 allows a person to claim ITC of Goods and Services used in the course or furtherance of business.
