yes, certificates are to be issued within 1 month of deduction of tax.

Yes, u can issue; in the space provided for the acknowledgement numbers, u need to mention as " Not Available as the last Quarterly Statement is yet to be furnished"

Actally it should be issue within one month of the completion Fin. Year or the tadx deduction made .Because it is practical question to resolve accodingly where two sections arwe providing diff. dates to furnishesh the position.
