Continental conveyors (P) Ltd is a Conveyor Belt Industry(Haryana). we purchase a mobile crane for loading & unloading the conveyor belt. Can we take input vat credit ? Plz. Suggest me after see the section 13(4).

hey, wats the vat and income tax treatment for a retailer who purchase and sale of recharge coupon of mobiles.
is he liable for any vat aor service tax.????
plzz help me, its very urgent................
