Can icai reduce marks in certified copies?

I applied for my IPCC certified copy and in certified copy marks are 65 and in marksheet marks are 78 does ICAI reissue marksheet??

Did they issuied u revised marksheet with lower marks i.e 65 marks which was there in your certified copy or no revised marksheet was issuied and marks remained same as 78.

I have scored 194 marks in CA final group 1 and pass in all subjects. I have applied for certified copies for all subjects . Is there any possibility of marks to increase ?

I applied certifiedcopies in RTI,  can icai do reverification or can give only certified copies?
