My frd joined ICWA while doing her B.Com, now she has finished her degree. Can she write 2 papers in CC instead of 4 Papers, if she submits her degree certificate????

no need of writing for foundation..she can enroll for CWA inter and can prepare for it..
a student can only directly join inter of CWA if one has completed graduation or awaiting results !
