12 May 2019My wife and myself are the joint owners for the apartment we booked in 2015. The amount is mortgaged through a bank for which I am an account holder. Now for each disbursement by the bank, I am supposed to pay a TDS of 1% ( Form 26QB).
Is it ok if I use my wife's card for paying the TDS. The card I own is not accepted by the tin-nsdl website.

Yes, you can pay with your wife debit card.

Also, once TDS paid using my wife's card, will the Form16B be reflected in my wife's name or mine?
