I stay in Bangalore, here I am staying as tenant, in rental agreement clause it's written as we can't use the property other than residential purpose. I have a existing digital shop in e commerce platform(etsy) , where I sell and will sell only DIGITAL products and this platform now wants mandatory GST NO , so I have to register for GST . the issue is with address , since I don't have authority to use rental address as per the clause given in rental agreement . I know we can purchase virtual address through websites like wework , myhq , but i don't want to spend money on that as it would be expensive .
Q.1 Can I use my permanent address of my own house which is in M.P where I visit every 6 months ?
Q.2 I heard that I need to put a board in my given address , will it count as commercial property and commercial property tax would be applied ?
Q.3 Can I put the board after GST registration when I plan to visit my hometown in approx. 6 months ?
