Can i take license under irda to be an agent if i am pursuing final ca?

See, suppose I take a lisence to become an agent from IRDA now and after a year when I would be CA,will it be ok to hold that license at that time? Do I need to inform or take permission from ICAI about me taking such license? Also note that at present I am going under articleship! Please tell me can I take license under IRDA to be an agent if I am pursuing final Ca?
