No u cant revise the 2018-19
No... Revision of ITR for AY 18-19 if not available now. The time period was ended on 31st March 19...
@ Venkata : According to your question you filled ITR of AY 2018-19 on dated 14-12-2019, whereas its last date was 31-03-2019
I am assuming that either AY is wrong or Filling date is wrong in your question.

Assuming AY 2018-2019 Original return you filed on 14-12-2019 post approval under 119(2)(b)
