Can i give joint Bank account no for Claiming Income Tax Refund ??

Yes provided the joint account holder's PAN is also available in the bank account.

No you can't get the refund if assessee is you and you are a second account holder.
Income tax can be refunded only that account which you are a 1st account holder.
